businesses are in Salinas, so his allegiance is divided. He will be inclined to protect himself, his businesses, his Atwater
life/property and Atwater schools over CD 19. People who are fully invested in the
CD 19 congressional district will protect the district better. If Denham is elected, he may be in for forty (40) years. No chance for any CD 19 residents to get a
seat in Congress. Our water sold. Since Chukchansi is heavily backing Denham, along
with other tribes, our local economy will be secondary to tribal business expansion and needs - local power and
individual power will become nil.

CA SENATE FAILS WORKERS
Stanford declares CAL PERS, CAL STARS and UC Retirement System are unfunded by $500 BILLION DOLLARS. The state can never meet
its liabilities. Retirement benefits will drop and worker contributions will increase. In addition, California owes
around $3 BILLION in overtime costs. State legislature fails: should have caught
the outrageous pay of Bell, CA elected officials at the start. Now we taxpayers must pay $600,000 per year to retired Bell
city manager for life. The state is bankrupt. The fraud, excess, abuse and greed must stop. I want government CREDIT CARDS of all elected officials publicized and evaluated. CSBA head admits he uses business credit card for casino gambling and other illegal uses - and

California Senate tries to Sell Our Water Rights Forever to Private Businessmen
Why vote for Goodwin? She will NEVER allow private business to take control of our water "liquid gold" and make
us slaves to their profits schemes - for LIFE. The California Senate is trying to sneak an $11 billion dollar water bond
past us which does just that. Goodwin will protect the RIGHTS of Free Speech, Due Process, and ALL Constitutional Rights.
Goodwin will PROTECT the Constitution against the "mini-giants." Goodwin will defend your right to profit and benefit

DENHAM ABOVE FEDERAL LAWS
Denham sued for Campaign self-promotion in guise of helping vets. Vets were pawns. Unable to sell the concert tickets, Chukchansi
Indians give away the charity concert tickets to make event appear to be sell-out. Clear FEC violation. Denham also
violated other FEC campaign laws per media and congressional reports.

care from all of us.

VOTER TURNOUT LOW IN MOST COUNTIES
I received the early voter numbers and the turnout for the election was low. Unfortunately for Democrats, we need to vote
or the Republicans, who have more registered voters and a better turnout, will elect Denham in November. Now is a good time
to recruit neighbors to register to vote (by mail or at polls) and make sure you have a plan to get them to the polls
in November. I am told that a lot of mail-in-votes were never returned to the election office. I am ready to represent you
in D.C., but I need your votes.

GOODWIN INSPIRES AND EMPOWERS
Vote 4 Goodwin. Goodwin fights to inspire our youth to get an expanded education and become
active in community service organizations. Goodwin fights to empower those excluded from the political process.
WE ARE NOT INVISIBLE! All people, from all racial and ethnic backgrounds deserve a better future in the Central
Valley. If you earn a degree, your rewards for your accomplishments will be acknowledged. Defaming hard-working
leaders is not acceptable. I will fight for everyone to have a good job with opportunities for advancement. I am fighting

Dr. Goodwin has been forced to initiate litigation for violations of campaign law, intentional torts, and possible criminal
activity. As a role model for kids, I feel it is important I do not let this behavior win (false accusations, innuendo, rumor,bullying,
internet fraud, election tampering). Marsden campaign usurped my identity and posted false internet content while claiming
to be me (some on Craig's List). Invisible NO MORE - women and minorities. I will fight the defamation! We are Better Together!

DR GOODWIN STARTED MADERA FARM
TO SCHOOL... Shortly after joining the Madera Unified School Board, Dr. Loraine Goodwin began promoting
the Farm-to-School Program. The former superintendent was adamant that the program was not safe - so undoable. Undaunted,
Dr. Goodwin persisted and was able to get a federal grant to start the Farm- to- School Program which is run under the District
Nurse.
Also, as part of Dr. Goodwin's efforts to start the Madera Unified Wellness Program, the position of Wellness
Coordinator was created and filled by Rosa Garcia. A wellness policy for the district was developed and is now present in
the cafeteria of each school.
Madera children now enjoy fresh local fruits and vegetables at no cost everyday as part
of the school program. Dr. Goodwin feels "the Central Valley grows great food and we have beautiful farms. Our children
must be able to enjoy our produce in our schools. We need to get rid of the junk food and let our kids enjoy healthy local
produce. It helps the kids and the farmers."

Senator Edward Kennedy
was a true statesman who championed women and all minorities. He cared for those who were left out of the process. In the 1960's, the Kennedy brothers, John, Robert and Edward, supported civil
rights and eventually brought us to this new day, where our youth do not experience the pervasive racism of the past. Senator Kennedy was a major supporter of the Equal Rights Amendment for constitutional
equality for women; a strong advocate for Title IX that increased participation for women in college sports and female sports
scholarships; and more recently a leader in passing the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act that ensures equal pay for equal work. Ted Kennedy, the "Lion of the Senate," and pillar of the Kennedy
"royal" family, after the assassinations of brothers John and Robert, will be greatly missed. We pray at his passing and celebrate his life.
